1 Large onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 bunches of green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 lb. peeled crawfish
2 pts. heavy whipping cream
1 to 2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's
12 oz. bag of egg noodles (cooked)
1/2 container of grated Parmesan cheese
Sauté vegetables in butter. Add seasoning. Stir in whipping cream slowly. Add crawfish. Add cheese. Add cooked noodles.
