Do one recipe at a time
2 dozen large shrimp with heads on
dry seasoning:
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/8 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 tsp VooDoo Queen hot sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth or flavored bullion of your choice
1/2 cup beer at room temp
Put dry seasoning, 1 stick of butter, VooDoo Queen hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce in a large skillet on high heat. When butter is melted add shrimp. cook for two minutes shaking the skillet in a back and forth motion. add remaining butter and broth, cook for two more minutes still shaking back and forth. Add beer and shake for one more minute. Serve immediately with a lot of french bread to dip into the sauce. Delicious!!!
